Show Racism the Red Card workshop with Richard Offiong, an ex-Newcastle United player

Show racism the red card came into Parkside House School on Wednesday 14th Feb for an hour’s ‘’fun and fitness’’ session with Richard Offiong, an Ex-Newcastle United player. This session was run alongside a classroom-based workshop for our students aimed at creating awareness of racism and how to combat it. Our students thoroughly enjoyed both workshops and engaged very well. Despite the weather, the ‘fun and fitness’ workshop was delivered by Richard Offiong and our students represented Parkside House School extremely well and showed a high level of competitiveness and skill.

Richard Offiong was kind enough to take pictures with some of our staff and students as well as sign autographs for everyone.
