Meringue-No-Mess’in about!

Aavie impressed and amazed us all with her skills and confidence during this weeks cookery lesson. Aavie bravely demonstrated how to check meringue mixture is ready, by placing the upturned bowl over her head! After a tense moment, she realised she’d succeeded, and went to show SLT in the corridor her achievements. It was a lovely example of playfulness and fun, and demonstrated how confident Aavie is in her abilities. After this exciting moment Aavie then supported and encouraged the rest of her group.

We are looking forward to seeing how Aavie impresses us in future cookery lessons.
