Pasta Making Wellbeing Fun For Staff

Our staff wellbeing session was a delicious and hands-on experience, led by Carly, who recently spent three weeks interrailing around Italy and even took a pasta-making class in Florence. Carly shared her knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine, guiding the group step by step through the process of making fresh pasta from scratch.

Staff worked together to prepare tagliatelle and ravioli, creating a ricotta and spinach filling with care and precision. Everyone participated enthusiastically, learning new techniques such as rolling and shaping pasta, and enjoyed the opportunity to try something creative outside of their usual routines.

The session also fostered teamwork and camaraderie, with staff encouraging one another, sharing tips, and celebrating each other’s successes. By the end of the session, everyone was able to take home their handmade pasta to cook for tea, leaving with a sense of achievement and a delicious reward to enjoy at home.

It was a wonderful opportunity for staff to relax, try something new, and connect with colleagues in a fun and supportive environment, making it a truly memorable wellbeing experience.
