PROM @ Ashington

Inspired by a brilliant suggestion from our School Council, the Parkside House School at Ashington community came together to plan an unforgettable evening—Prom 2025! Months of thoughtful preparation by our dedicated learners and staff culminated in a magical celebration on Friday, 27th June.

Thanks to the generous support of The Northern Social Club, who kindly provided a beautiful venue free of charge, and the culinary talents of our beloved cook, Kay, who prepared a delicious spread, the evening was nothing short of spectacular.

Every student was celebrated with fun, personalised awards crafted by Miss Gray and Miss Brown, adding a heartfelt and humorous touch to the night. Dressed to impress, our young people danced, sang, sipped on mocktails, and created memories that will last a lifetime. The event was a resounding success—a true testament to the creativity, collaboration, and spirit of our school community. A huge thank you to all the staff, students, and supporters who made this special evening possible!’
