12th March 2024

Children’s Mental Health Week

Pupils enjoyed taking part in various activities to celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week, with the theme for this year being ‘Your Voice Matters.

The activities were set to encourage social interaction and teamwork, fostering a sense of community. We started the week on Monday with the Let’s Connect Workshop, encouraging open discussions about mental health to reduce stigma and increase awareness. The pupils worked on drawing around each others hands and colouring in to create the display. Wednesday we started the day with a fantastic Wellbeing Breakfast, with so much to choose from. Friday we celebrated the end of Mental Health Week with a Joe Wicks Healthy Chicken Pie.
